Odion Okpeta is the head of operations at Pulse. He also heads all technical services
with over eight years of experience in quality assurance, system analysis, customer
support, website development, search engine optimisation, server management, and
operations, diagnosing complex technical issues, providing effective solutions, and
ensuring customer satisfaction.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Benin; he is
DMI and AWS Cloud Practitioner certified.
